Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website onlyskill.network and all related services (“ONLYSKILL”) by visitors and applicants.

2. Provider

3. Services

ONLYSKILL provides information, an application channel and community content. There is no entitlement to admission to the network; the provider decides on applications at its sole discretion.

4. User Obligations

Users undertake to provide truthful information and not to submit unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing content. In case of breach the provider reserves the right to block access and pursue legal remedies.

5. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Any further liability is excluded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is protected by copyright (Greek Law 2121/1993 and EU directives). Any use beyond statutory limits requires prior written consent.

7. Data Protection

The separate Privacy Policy applies.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Greek law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user's country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Thessaloniki.

9. Severability

Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
